  • $200 OF EMR at $44.63. Yield 4.21%.
  $400 of new capital invested and adding $14.94 to my annual dividend income.

Note: I am in the house of pain with my energy and industrial holdings! $hit show!  I will keep adding and popping antacid as I do.

On radar for next week: holding nose with CAT at $65. More nose holding with ugly energy names-hello KMI at $29. Welcome to the dance with ABBV at $56.

The past few days have brought back not so fond memories of 2008 - 2009.  I kinda forgot how fast the market go into absolute  free-fall.  As the old saying goes- it's an escalator ride on the way up and an elevator ride on the way down.

Note: In the house of pain with my energy holdings but will keep adding.  CVX at 4.5%, BBL and RDS well over 6%...  It's a race to 7% with these two and I will keep buying!  Bring on more pain and more snow to the income snowball!

Note: Oil names are close to 52 week lows again and offering very attractive initial yields.  Lets hope Shell and BBL keeps dividend steady or else its gonna be look out below! But being a value shopper, gotta buy whats on sale.
