  1. Wow, awesome progress. I am a little bit jealous of you with that monthly income from just dividends alone ;)

    Best of luck this year!

  2. AA,

I have been visiting your blog for a few months now and I really impressed with your methodical, relentless processes for allocating capital. I am curious about what you looks like good values right now. PM looks pretty good.

Thanks in advance for your input!

  3. AA,

Most impressive! You'll be exiting the rat race stage left in no time at all.

    Keep up the great work!

    Best wishes.

  4. Dividend Dream,

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Ive been doing this for a few years now and started with nothing. If I can do it, anyone can! Just keep buying good companies when they are attractively value and you cant help but not succeed.

    cheers!

  5. Dividend Pipeline,

I agree with you on PM and like it alot at these levels (we just croseed 4.5% yield as I type this). I also like energy- Kinder, Shell, Chevron.

I buy every week and put my money into what I think offers the most value at the time.

    Thanks for commenting!

  6. Thanks DM!

I have a ways to go before I can exit (I have relatively high expenses ) but will eventually get there. Hopefully around the same time as you :)

Heres to a healthy and prosperous 2014!

  7. Are you using sharebuilder? I only ask b/c weekly purchases of $150 to $250 seems like it would eat into performance.

Notwithstanding, and I think I have mentioned it in the past I am completely jealous how much capital you can deploy weekly! AWESOME WORK.

  8. Hi Evan,
Thanks for stopping by again! I am using Sharebuilder and am enrolled in the premium plan where I get 12 orders each month for $12. The caveat is that the purchases go through on Tuesdays of every month. Typically on Monday, I decide how much I will invest and in which companies. Ive been using this plan since 2010 and have been very happy with the service.

    take care!
