Dividends Received

Total dividends received during the month were $1,488.39:

This months purchases ($1,550):
  • $550 of V at $211.53.  Yield  .76%.
  • $400 of PG at $79.81. Yield 3.23%.
  • $350 of AFL at $62.22. Yield 2.38%.
  •  $250 of CVX at $123.19. Yield 3.47%.
Also reinvested all dividends.
 
$2,974.07 in total new capital added (including reinvested dividends) with initial yield of 2.70%. 

Dividend Increases

  • CAT 16.7% raise. +$46.09 annual income.

Annualized Dividend Income

All together, annualized dividend income increased by $123 from last months total of $12,989 to $13,113. This means my dividend stocks will pay $13,113 in dividends over the next 12 months.

  • Lending Club interest received: $255.99
  • Bank interest received: $36.97

Total passive income: $1,781.35


Note:
Saw my largest 1 month total ever in Lending Club interest.  I have about $26k in the account and have been investing with Lending Club for over 4 years.

  5. Your progress is awesome!. The pace of your reinvestments is wonderful. Do you live frugally or is it just that your income allows you such a high saving rate?

  6. Hi Jose, I have an above average income but also live in a very high cost area. I am also heavy in cash which I will deploy during a correction.
