• $600 of EMR at $45.06. Yield 3.55%.
• $600 of TEVA at $39.92. Yield 1.97%.
• $400 of PG at $61.43. Yield 3.66%. 
• $250 of CAT at $82.54. Yield 2.52%. 
• $200 of AFL at $42.16. Yield 3.13%.
• $200 of BBL at $55.02. Yield 4%. 

Also reinvested all dividends.
 
$3,507.57 in total new capital added with initial yield of 3.12%. 

Dividend Increases: 

• KMI 9.4% raise. +$18.35 annual income.
• KMR 2.5% raise. +$11.20 annual income.

All together, annualized dividend income increased by $138 from last months total of $7,012 to $7,150. This means my dividend stocks will pay $7,150 in dividends over the next 12 months.

Sharebuilder DRIP Purchases

Not too many bargains in the stocks I follow now.  Most of my stocks have had some good run ups.  Cyclicals are one of the few sectors that are attractively valued.  I have my eyes on CAT and if I can get it around 3% initial yield ($70), I will initiate a position.  It closed today at $81.92.   I would also love to initiate positions in V and MA but they keep going up and up.

Also waiting for a pullback on SDRL.  Closed today at $37.54.

I will add larger buys at BBL under $50 and KMI under $30.

Dow closed at 12,806 today and made the following buys:

• $200 of MCD at $91.50. Yield 3.06%  

• $200 of EMR at $44.61. Yield 3.61%

The market has rallied the past week and gained about 3.5%.  Big rally today of 163 points to close at 12,574.  I lightened up a little on my purchases which went through today.

Rally +284 (2.4%)

I had a feeling the market was oversold and today the market bounced back for the biggest percentage gain of the year.  Market gained 284 points to close at 12,415. It is impossible to judge where the market will go from day to day and we will probably have a 100 plus point down day before the end of the week.
