Reporting my weekly buys that went through on Tuesday.  We are in the middle of a mild sell off this month and the market closed at 14,776.

• $250 of PM at $84.00. Yield 4.05%.

• $200 of KMR at $80.12. Yield 6.59%.

• $200 of  RDS.A at $65.02. Yield  5.54%

Goal before then end of the year is to have both PM and Shell pay me $1200 in dividends in 2014. I believe both are attractively valued now and will continue to add.  If Altria is any example, I am expecting a nice dividend increase from PM next month.  Right now, I am a little below $1000 annual  forward dividend income with Shell so adding another $200 in dividend income won't be too hard.

• $200 of INTC at $22.46. Yield 4.01%.

• $200 of PM at $87.86. Yield 3.87%.  

• $200 of KMI at $37.01. Yield 4.32%.

 $600 of new capital invested adding $24.41 to my annual dividend income.

• $250 of PM at $84.87. Yield 4.01%.  

• $200 of RDS.A at $64.01. Yield 5.62%.

 $700 of new capital invested adding $37.91 to my annual dividend income.

July 2013 Dividend Update

Little late with my July update.  Been pretty busy with work and family along with a nice week vacation to Zions and Bryce Canyon National Parks.

Total dividends received during the month were $502.62:

• $1500 of BBL at $52.29 Yield 4.36%. 
• $1500 of CAT at $84.19. Yield 2.85%. 
• $450 of RDS.A at $65.41. Yield 5.50%. 
• $200 of PM at $89.06. Yield 3.82%.
• $200 of INTC at $22.74. Yield 3.96%.
• $100 of KMI at $37.91. Yield 4.22%
• $100 of MCD at $98.22. Yield 3.14%.

Also reinvested all dividends.
 
$4,552.62 in total new capital added (including reinvested dividends) with initial yield of 3.84%. 

Dividend Increases

• KMI 5.3% raise. +$15.62 annual income.
• KMR 1.5% raise. +$7.94 annual income.
• PAYX 6.1% raise. +$11.35 annual income.

All together, annualized dividend income increased by $210 from last months total of $10,107 to $10,316. This means my dividend stocks will pay $10,316 in dividends over the next 12 months.
