Last weeks purchases 11/19 (Dow 15,967):

• $250 of TEVA at $38.51. Yield 2.60%.

• $200 of KMR at $75.56. Yield 7.15%. 

$450 of new capital invested adding $20.79 to my annual dividend income.


This weeks purchases 11/26 (Dow 16,073):

• $300 of PM at $85.19. Yield 4.41%.

• $100 of CAT at $84.23. Yield 2.85%. 

• $100 of BBL at $59.68. Yield 3.95%.

• $100 of RDS.A at $66.82. Yield 5.39%

 $600 of new capital invested adding $25.43 to my annual dividend income.

October 2013 Update

Total dividends received during the month were $551.84:

Purchases

This months purchases:

• $800 of PM at $86.89. Yield 4.33%.
• $700 of KMI at $35.31. Yield 4.53%.
• $600 of CAT at $84.34. Yield 2.85%.
• $250 of KMR at $75.41. Yield 7%.
• $200 of MCD at $95.05. Yield 3.41%.

Also reinvested all dividends.
 
$3,101.84 in total new capital added (including reinvested dividends) with initial yield of 4.22%. 

Dividend Increases

• ABT 57.1% raise. +$87.48 annual income.
• AFL 5.7% raise. +$17.00 annual income.
• KMR 2.3% raise. +$14.67 annual income.
• KMI 2.5% raise. +$9.79 annual income. 
• GS 10% raise. +$6.23 annual income.

All together, annualized dividend income increased by $266 from last months total of  $10,915 to $11,181. This means my dividend stocks will pay $11,181 n dividends over the next 12 months.

Other

• Lending Club interest received: $205.18
• Bank interest received: $48.56

Total passive income: $805.58



Note: Another good month for dividend increases with a total of 5 for the month.

The forward 12 month dividend income I will get  from the dividend increases ($135), was actually more then the forward income I will get from the $3100 in new capital added in the month ($131).  That's pretty cool and may be the first time I have done that.

This months passive income total is a 14% increase over April's number.

• $200 of CAT at $83.48. Yield 2.88%. 

$600 of new capital invested adding $20.54 to my annual dividend income.


This weeks purchases (Dow 15,751):

• $250 of KMI at $34.66. Yield 4.73%.

• $250 of KMR at $74.45. Yield 7.25%. 

• $250 of TEVA at $37.53. Yield 2.66%.

 $750 of new capital invested adding $36.62 to my annual dividend income.


Note: TEVA share price has taken a hit over the unexpected resignation of the CEO.  I made my initial purchases about 2 1/2 years ago and its one of the few positions I have that is in the red.  This one takes patience.
