Reporting my weekly buys that went through last week and today.

Chasing the same rabbits down the hole-

  • $500 of BBL at $44.55. Yield 5.58%
  • $500 of BP at $38.57. Yield 6.22%
  • $250 of CVX at $107.37. Yield 3.99%
$1250 of new capital invested and adding $68.92 to the pile.

This weeks purchases 12/16 (Dow 17,069):
  • $500 of BBL at $41.17. Yield 6.02%

  • $250 of CVX at $104.05. Yield 4.11%

    1. Good stuff FTFF and keep it up!. My investing history has taught me that the buys that cause a little heartburn turn out to be the best ones for future returns!

    1. Thanks Tawcan. I think we will look back into our buys in the energy space a few years from now and have big grins on our face. Congrats again on hitting $8k forward annual dividends!

  4. Hi AA!. We pursue almost the same companies. I got increased my stake into BHP but with not very good timing... (happy anyway). And now, by the end of the year 3 nice dividend increases:

    1. Hi Jose! Yes, we have similiar holdings. GE is one of my largest positions, own O in my IRA, and own VZ rather then T.

      Keep up the good work!

      Cheers and happy new year!
