    1. Ben Sure Div, IMO CAT north of 4% is very solid. We are at high ranges of CAT historic yield. Buy whats on sale! Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Great buys here. Sharebuilder makes it easy to buy small lots of stocks at a discounted trade price. I like this strategy.

  3. Lots of nice additions over the weeks. CAT was a great buy in the fall as that yield went sky high with the drop in share price. Like the DEO addition as well. It's been a while since I added to that name but I'm putting my money elsewhere these days. Thanks for sharing.
