  2. Awesome job collecting over $1k in passive income for January. Lots of great purchases as well for the month with many high quality names. GILD looks interesting to me going forward as does AMGN. Inspirational update as always and shows where I'd like to be in a few years with my passive income.

  4. AA,

I've only recently discovered your blog but it's quickly clear how successful you are/have been over the years. This latest post with your earnings is impressive to say the least. I like the series of companies that you've been in and you had some very nice acquisitions this month as well. Like you, I'm into GE but I don't have as big as position as you do since I'm relatively new to investing.

Can I ask why you're investing in DIS? I know that they're a great company and they have shown over the years to be extremely goal oriented but their stock would seem very low in terms of dividend payout when you look at the consistently high price that their stock averages.

    Thanks,

    -DM

    1. DivMonster, thanks for the comment. I should have bought DIS years ago instead of just starting a position. I am looking to add a little more growth to my portfolio. I am a little heavy stalwarts vs growth now.

      cheers,AA
