  1. AA,

Nice month. You're sticking to the plan through all market cycles, and I think that's really key. It's hard to build a constantly rising dividend stream if you're not buying equities. I've got a decent amount of capital right now and I'm currently looking at a few opportunities. Hopefully we'll see just a tad bit of weakness over the next week or so and I'll make some purchases.

    Keep up the outstanding work!

    Best wishes.

  2. Nice dividend income.

As far as AAPL, I would be careful buying it. I am not convinced that the company can keep growing at the last years pace. Well, unless they come up with something revolutionary. Maybe the Apple TV may be something which boosts them back up.

  4. Thanks DM.

Its funny that we, as dividend investors, find rising markets frustrating while declining markets exciting. I like your AFL purchase and will probaly be adding to my position soon.

    cheers!

  5. Martin,

    Thanks for dropping by.

I agree with you. Apple is a bit of a speculitive play for me but I do think its oversold and there is value at these current prices.

It would never be a core position for me.

    cheers!
