Annualized Dividend Income
All together, annualized dividend income increased by $453 from last months total of $12,180 to $12,633. This means my dividend stocks will pay $12,633 in dividends over the next 12 months.Other
- Lending Club interest received: $73.26
- Bank interest received: $45.15
Total passive income: $1,826.95
Note: Running a little late on the monthly update. Nothing too exciting to report. Had $171 in charged off loans in Lending Club account. I think this is the largest amount of charge offs I have ever had in a month. I did deposit another $3450 into the account to boost the total to $25k. Thinking about taking out any interest above $25k each month and putting that into stock purchases.
AA,
ReplyDeleteThat is one kickass month! Keep them coming.

Wow! Incredible progress. Judging by your comments you don't seem to be that excited about your current passive income. I am also on my way to FI but eventhough I am into a six figure portfolio I still don't get that kind of income. I am telling others about my progress in my web page www.dividendogma.com
ReplyDelete(in spanish, sorry about that)
My Dividend Pipeline,
ReplyDeleteThanks man. I think it was my highest one month total Ive ever had. Looking forward to breaking $2k in a month.
Keep up the good work yourself!
cheers,
AA
Dividend Dogma,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and the comment. Nice blog! My spanish isn't that great but I do see that we own many of the same companies. I'll have to brush up on my spanish so I can follow you on your FI journey!
cheers,
AA
Just came across your blog and it looks like your doing a nice job "Accumulating Assets." :)
ReplyDelete$12K in dividends/per year is awesome. What is your goal?
We also invest in P2P lending...and based on the amount of interest you receive each month, it appears you a nice P2P portfolio as well.
Keep it up...wish you continued success!
Frugal Family,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. I checked out your blog and we are in a similiar place in life. I also live in OC and am your age with a young, growing family.
I am pretty burned out of the corporate grind and would like to exit over the next 5 years. I will continue to work but want the flexibility in choosing what I do and who I do it with. In the meantime, I just keep plugging along and always try to add to my asset base, week after week after week.
cheers,
AA
